¶ 🖥️ Dedicated Panel Overview
Welcome to the Dedicated Server Panel used by Quantum DevsWork.
This panel allows you to manage all aspects of your dedicated servers, including remote access (IPMI), null route controls, backup storage, and support communication — all in one place.
This guide will walk you through the login process and explain each menu option.
¶ 🔐 Logging In
- Visit https://dedicated.quantumdevswork.com
- Enter your username and password provided by Quantum DevsWork at the time of provisioning.
- Once logged in, you will land on the Account Summary page.
🧠 Tip: Bookmark the page for quicker access in the future.
¶ 🧭 Main Menu Overview
On the left-hand side, you’ll see the Main Menu. Below is a description of each item:
¶ 📄 Account Summary
Displays a general overview of your profile and account status.
¶ ⚙️ Account Preferences
Allows you to update your account details, including:
- Email address
- Notification preferences
- Contact phone number
¶ 💾 Backup Storage
Manage your off-server backups. If you’ve purchased backup storage:
- View current usage
- Mount/unmount backup storage to your servers
- Access FTP details
¶ 🛡️ DDoS History
Provides a list of recent DDoS attacks mitigated by our system:
- Date and time of attack
- Duration
- Targeted IP
Useful for analyzing trends or planning extra protection if needed.
¶ 🚫 Manage Null Routes
Here you can manually null-route IPs associated with your server in case of:
- Ongoing attacks
- Misbehaving services
⚠️ Use with caution. Null routes block all traffic to the selected IP for a period of time.
¶ 🖥️ IPMI Sessions
Access remote console (KVM/IPMI) for out-of-band management of your dedicated server, including:
- BIOS access
- OS installations
- Remote troubleshooting
🧠 IPMI credentials are usually included in your server provisioning email.
¶ 🧩 Manage Servers
The core section where your active Dedicated Servers appear. From here you can:
- View server details (model, specs, location)
- See assigned IP addresses
- Open support tickets specific to the server
- Request reboots or remote hands (if enabled)
¶ 📆 Maintenance & Events
Stay updated on:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Network upgrades
- Datacenter events that may affect your services
¶ 📞 Contact Support
Opens the support ticket system. Use this to:
- Report hardware issues
- Request rDNS changes
- Ask about additional services or upgrades
¶ 🔓 Logout
Always log out when finished — especially from public or shared machines.
¶ 🧠 Best Practices
- Regularly check DDoS History and Maintenance Notices.
- Use IPMI Access if your OS is unreachable or misconfigured.
- Use null routes only in emergencies or under staff guidance.
- Keep your backup storage mounted only when in use to minimize attack surface.
