These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Quantum DevsWork. By registering, ordering, or using any of our services, you agree to follow up with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to enter into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Quantum DevsWork reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of abuse, illegal activity, or violation of these Terms.
¶ 2. Payments and Billing
- All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
- Invoices are issued 7 days before the due date and must be paid by the specified deadline.
- Late payments may result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 7 days of non-payment.
- All prices are subject to change with previous notification.
- Web Hosting: Refunds available within 48 hours of first purchase (excluding domain registrations).
- VPS/Game Servers: No refunds after server has been provisioned.
- Dedicated Servers: Non-refundable after order processing.
- Custom Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- Chargebacks will result in immediate suspension of all services.
Users must not engage in:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing sites, or illegal content.
- Attacks on other networks (DDoS, brute-force, spam, etc.).
- Abusive CPU, bandwidth, or disk usage beyond your plan's limit.
- Use of your services for cryptomining, you may be charged if you are discovered doing this activity without explicit authorization.
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination without refund.
- Shared hosting accounts must not exceed reasonable resource limits.
- Hosting adult content, torrents, or IRC is prohibited.
- Unlimited resources are subject to fair use; abusive use may result in throttling or suspension.
- We provide cPanel or a custom panel depending on the plan selected.
- VPS servers come unmanaged unless stated otherwise.
- Root access is provided; the client is responsible for updates, security, and backups.
- OS reinstallation tools are available; misuse may lead to temporary locks.
- VPS resources must not be resold, you may be charged if you are discovered doing this activity without explicit authorization.
⚠️ Windows Server licenses carry an additional monthly cost.
- Game Hosting is provided through our custom Pterodactyl panel.
- Deployment is automatic after payment confirmation.
- Users are responsible for managing and uploading their own mods, worlds, or configurations.
- Certain games may have special usage limits (e.g., RAM, player slots).
We reserve the right to limit or optimize server usage for performance and stability.
- Dedicated servers are provisioned within 8 to 36 hours after order confirmation, based on demand.
- Services are unmanaged unless you purchase a management plan.
- Hardware replacement is covered under SLA agreements (if applicable).
- Abuse reports may result in temporary suspension pending investigation.
- A written agreement will be signed before work begins.
- Clients must provide clear, complete requirements.
- Any change of scope may involve additional costs or delays.
- Quantum DevsWork retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
You always retain ownership of custom code and assets delivered unless licensing terms state otherwise.
- Unless otherwise stated, clients are responsible for managing their own backups.
- We offer optional backup solutions for VPS, Game Servers, and Dedicated Servers.
- Quantum DevsWork is not liable for any data loss due to client actions or third-party software.
- Support is available through tickets in the Client Panel.
- Support hours may vary depending on service level.
- Emergency support and server monitoring are available as addons for VPS and Dedicated Servers.
- We do not provide support for third-party scripts or plugins unless agreed.
- You may cancel services at any time via the client panel.
- Refund eligibility depends on service type (see Section 3).
- We reserve the right to terminate services for abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
If your service is canceled due to lack of payment or late payment (section 2): "Late payments may result in service suspension after 3 days and termination after 7 days of non-payment." — the following recovery policy applies:
- A $15.00 USD application fee will be charged to initiate an internal search on our systems to determine if your data is still available.
- If your data is found and you wish to retrieve it, an additional $55.00 USD service fee will be charged to cover recovery only, you still need to order a new service under our billing plattform, that needs to be equal or better to your previous service in order to reinstate your data.
- The request must be submitted within 48 hours of service termination, via:
- A support ticket in the Client Panel, or
- A Discord support request in our official channel.
⚠️ Requests submitted more than 48 hours after cancellation will incur a total fee of up to $165.00 USD, and there is no guarantee that your data will still exist in our system.
This process requires the creation of a High Priority Ticket on our support systems, since the service is no longer considered active and standard access has been revoked due to late or missing payment.
Please ensure timely payment to avoid termination, data loss, or additional recovery fees.
¶ 14. Third-Party Providers and Force Majeure
Quantum DevsWork relies on upstream providers and infrastructure partners (such as datacenters, transit carriers, and software vendors) to deliver services.
We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or service degradation caused by third-party failures, including but not limited to:
- Datacenter outages
- Network disruptions
- Hardware failures beyond our control
- Software vulnerabilities or bugs from external developers
In cases where such events impact service delivery, Quantum DevsWork reserves the right to delay, substitute, or suspend services without compensation while remediation is pursued.
Additionally, we shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Pandemic, government restrictions, or embargoes
- Labor disputes or supply shortages
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service but are under no obligation to provide compensation, replacement, or refunds.
